Today I picked up my glasses & the young lady( Yeivelisse) who helped me from start to finish showed outstanding customer service skills. The glasses were of good quality and she adjusted them just like I wanted. My new eyeglasses place, great job. I must also mention that when I ordered the glasses the lady ( didn’t get her name) who helped me also had excellent customer service skills, in fact she saved me money. Thank you America’s Best. 🤙🏾

I recently visited the eye doctor, and I just want to take a moment to recognize Michael for the amazing care and help he provided. He was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely made my experience so much better. It’s not every day that you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. Michael truly stood out, and I’m very grateful for his excellent service. Thank you, Michael, for being so wonderful and making my visit such a positive experience! You absolutely deserve 5 stars! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their patients. ❤️

Terrible customer service at American Best – Millennium Plaza. I had a scheduled eye exam and made every effort to get there on time, even leaving work early. Due to traffic, I asked my husband to go ahead and let the front desk know that I was on my way. Instead of showing any professionalism, understanding, or willingness to help, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. According to my husband, she kept looking at the clock and repeatedly saying things like, “Four minutes left,” “Three minutes left,” and “Two minutes left,” as if counting down until she could cancel my appointment. I understand that offices have policies regarding late arrivals. The issue is not the policy—it is the attitude. There was absolutely no effort to provide good customer service or treat a patient with basic courtesy and respect. This experience left a very negative impression and was far below what I would expect from a healthcare provider. Because of this experience, they have lost a customer. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this location to anyone I know. If customer service matters to you, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The doctor was very nice, also the lady who showed me the glasses was very nice. However, they told me that I needed progressive glasses and quoted me for progressive glasses without asking me. I decided to check online on their website to see more options of frames and so on, and when imputing the numbers I noticed the ADD number was empty. They did not provided the pupils distance number either. When I called for this information they informed me that they didn't had to provide the pupils distance number unless I purchased glasses with them. Which, fine. But then when I asked about the ADD number for my progressives, which they HAVE to provide as it was part of the prescription exam I paid for the lady in the front said " you don't need progressive glasses im sorry for any inconvenience this might cause." Sketchy to say the least. So basically they were either lying by saying I need the progressive to up sale me for a couple hundreds, or lied to me to not provide me with said information I paid for. I'm glad I had to go run other errands and didn't purchased the glasses right away, I ended up ordering them online and saved myself at least 400$ Wouldn't be back there. Do better.

I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, made me feel welcome, and answered every question. A special thank you to Jeremy, yevalisse, and Justina for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s hard to find a team that’s this welcoming and helpful these days. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding service!
