The staff was pleasant and very helpful with the sign in process. The exam went very smoothly The te h was very good and moved the process along nicely. The Dr Adam's i believe, was very thorough and took his time when fine tuning my sight. Everything was great in appt. On time, in and out quickly but not rushed
I was quite disappointed by the discourteous behavior exhibited by the front counter clerk. My inquiry was met with an immediate and aggressive response, and her overall demeanor was notably impolite. Dr. Adam was exceptionally pleasant, as were the other assistants. It is regrettable that such behavior was the initial experience. I did mention this to Dr. Adam, expressing hope that it was an isolated incident and not representative of her usual conduct.

The Barnett And Delaney Parker office is very patient orientated. Dr. Emily and all of the office staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always leave my appointment with a smile
