They didn’t give me a complete eye prescription, they left out the pupil distance and also prism base, Iv since learned that this is a federal crime to try and force you to buy only there glasses. I guess I’ll just chalk it up to ( you get what you pay for) total loss I’ll go and pay again somewhere else. I wasn’t opposed to buying glasses from them, but I didn’t like anything they had..sent me home with contacts , never could get them in, probably my fault. Never called to check on me.

This was my first time getting glasses, and the entire experience was wonderful. The staff and the eye doctor were incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. Choosing my new glasses was actually fun! I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Came in with an outside RX was told to look at frames picked frames and then was completely ignored for over an hour. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not there. Then I asked when they would be there and the staff said they didn’t know. I guess now I know when asking my provider who did my exam for a more budget friendly place they call it America’s worst instead of America’s best.

I am writing to share my experience at this America’s Best location, which was disappointing due to hygiene and professionalism concerns. The doctor I saw was Stephanie Negron. I spoke with the manager Donelle about my concerns and he was helpful, but he also explained that he is not her manager. While she appeared knowledgeable and capable in performing her job, there were serious issues with cleanliness and attitude that need to be addressed. The slit lamp used during my exam had visible residue from a previous patient, including hair and oil, which should never occur in a medical setting. I should not have been placed in a position where I felt the need to clean equipment myself after another patient. When I asked Stephanie for the equipment to be properly cleaned, I was told that no disinfecting wipes were available and that even if they were, she would not provide them to patients. The slit lamp was briefly wiped with a tiny alcohol prep pad, which I did not feel was sufficient. As a result, I went to my car to retrieve my own wipes to clean both the equipment and my face. As she was wiping with the tiny pads and after, the doctor continued to deny that the equipment was unclean, which was frustrating and dismissive. Additionally, after I confirmed that I have previously worn contact lenses, she later proceeded to explain how to wear them as if I had not, which added to the overall lack of attentiveness and some type of cognitive issues. I remained calm and respectful throughout the visit. Unfortunately, the doctor’s attitude escalated unnecessarily, and the interaction became unprofessional. In a healthcare environment, concerns—especially those related to hygiene—should be acknowledged and handled appropriately. At this stage in life, patients should not have to explain basic expectations regarding cleanliness and professionalism. There was no reason for the doctor to get out of character, and when you’re wrong just accept by being aware, learn from it and move on. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve patient care at this location.

Me and my mother came in looking for frames for me and my two siblings, and we were assisted by an employee by the name of Mindy and she was amazing. I highly recommend asking for her assistance.
