Americas Best

I got my exam somewhere else and because of the price and limited selection decided to shop around for my frames. The moment I walked into this store I had 2 people great me. One approached me to offer help...but not in a pushy sales way. More just good service. When I told her I had my prescription and asked about insurance but didn't really know exactly what coverage I had. She said she would look and see and that I should start looking at the frames. The layout of the frames was very nice and there is a really good selection. I always want to start at the least expensive frames because I'm easy. Most started at around $70 but there were several at $50 and I saw one pair for $20 😳🤯 The lady was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I was in a goofy mood and she took it in stride being polite and laughing at my horrible dad jokes and absolute lack of focus. I am super glad I went to this store and am looking forward to my new glasses.

What a great experience. The whole staff is so friendly and professional. I seriously couldn’t have asked for more. Celine went above and beyond in handling my order and provided the most amazing customer service. She is so friendly and has the best attitude. Thanks for making my visit stress free and enjoyable. Customer service is amazing and so was the doctor. However only issue was with Nikki, I overheard her charging customers more than what was agreed on, and then getting upset when the customer insisted on previous price. She was very pushy and critical and even went as far as belittling one customer for choosing specific frames… made me nervous to even go next. Everyone else was great and friendly.

Everyone who worked with me at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and patient. I always felt that when I entered the store, I would leave satisfied. Maybe, more importantly, the people at the store were very nice and made me feel good about my choices.

Great experience with America's Best. Very friendly staff and doctors. Got two new pairs of glasses. One regular progressive and one pair of sunglasses with all the upgrades. I love my new glasses, thank you America's Best.
