The entire process was informative, kind, and thorough. Dr H discussed the why behind the exam parts so I could understand. Katie was exceptional! She walked me through each part of the glasses and what changes would best support my lifestyle. The kindness that was shared today really made the experience! Thank you Katie and Dr. H!
I recently changed locations from Brentwood TN to Madison AL. I had an appt on 6/26/26. My gps quit working on my way for my appt, making me 10 minutes late. They were most kind in giving me verbal directions over the phone and seeing me even tho I was late. The entire visit was a joy!! All of the staff were kind and helpful. Dr H, was amazing. Very kind, respectful and informative. Explaining everything to me in detail. Katie?!? Out front, a true asset to her employer. Again, very helpful and kind. I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone. Not only was my visit amazing I got 2 pair of affordable and fun pairs of glasses for a more than decent price.
I have experience every time I come to this location. The people working there are friendly, they are super helpful and I always get the best deal for my glasses. I have no complaints. But I shall say that Katie at the front was god sent when I needed a warranty claim after my dog chewed up my glasses. She helped me so fast and was so understanding and honestly they are Lucky to have her there.
The doctor was amazing and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Very, very knowledgeable and sweet. I cried but that was because I have waited a long time in between eye appointments and did some irreversible damage to my eyes. Nevertheless, the doctor still made my visit good. The sales associate that helped me was Kadijah and she was amazing from the moment she said my name until I left. She was patient and nice and knowledgeable and made me almost forget that I’m going blind. She tried to help me as much as she could but my prescription is just sooo high that her hands were tied. But she still went above and beyond. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Everyone else was pleasant and I appreciate all their hard work in helping me.
I originally got new glasses at the new Athens location. The employees were pleasant. However, I wasn't satisfied with the service. I thought I'd try the Madison location. The woman at the front desk rolled her eyes as I explained to her the problem I had at the Athens store. She called another woman to assist her in looking at my account. That woman was even more rude than the first one. I work in a position that deals with the public everyday. I believe the two women at the Madison location need to revisit the training class.
