Quick, professional service. Easy to make an appointment, and no wait when I arrived. The staff is so nice, and provided very good care. I appreciated that Dr. Cecil took the time to explain my prescription strength options, giving me a choice, and ensuring I understood the treatment plan if I adjusted poorly to the new glasses.

Our first experience was amazing. The front office staff were so helpful and friendly and the eye doctor was terrific. We will continue all of our vision needs at Madison Optometry. The folks at the Costco vision center area have been a pleasure to work with as well! We are grateful for all of the available vision services!

Dr. Cecil and staff do an amazing job for our entire family! Our two oldest (8 and 6 during their appointments) didn’t always sit still, and everyone was very patient, understanding and helpful! Highly recommend!

People were nice and respectful. Wait time was a lot longer than any doctor’s appointment I have been to in a while. Appointment was for 1040. I was seen at 1100. Also, sat in the room for about 15 mins as well. I arrived to the appointment 10 minutes early. If you are going to plan to eye visit make sure to plan accordingly.

Dr. Taylor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. I especially appreciated how attentive and patient she was, making sure my prescription was just right and discussing options without any pressure.
