Eyecare Associates on Madison Pike took great care of my wife today. Dr. Watson did a very thorough job of examining her and diagnosing her eye problem. The office is run by very friendly, efficient staff which made her experience there all the more pleasant. We are so thankful we chose this facility for our eye care. Future visits there will be a lot less stressful.
The staff there were very caring and patient with my three children. Dr. Allan K. was very thorough with what his findings and giving me the best options for my children. I highly recommend this location!
From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the doctors, everyone is super friendly and nice. I always have a good experience at the Old Madison Pike location. It was my first time seeing Dr. Krausz and I appreciated that he heard my concerns and took the time to look into them and give recommendations.
Always pleasant staff coming in! Front desk are always helpful and kind. The gal that took me back for eye exam was wonderful. Dr. Belknap is always great, thorough and efficient. Now miss Bre out front was phenomenal. She definitely made the experience. Helped me pick out the best frames (proper fit but stylish)!
