America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a contact lens exam today and had a great experience. Eric was very helpful and positive through my check in and pre test. Dr Cheney was very prompt and professional. They made sure to fully explain what they were checking and the best way to see most comfortably. Tahad and Jason were very kind and helpful when it came to check out and order my new contacts. Jason grabbed a pair of trial lenses so I could be sure that my lenses were comfortable enough before committing to a large supply. All around very clean, professional, and probably my fastest eye appointment yet!

Amazing experience! Everything was easy and convenient from start to finish. I love that they even offer weekend appointments. The management is outstanding. Judy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and can help with literally anything. She answers every question and makes the whole process smooth. The entire team is very nice, helpful, and welcoming. They make you feel truly cared for and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I went to America’s Best Eyeglasses on W. Southern border n Mesa AZ after a 6 month ordeal with a competitor of their’s where so many mistakes were made in the ordering & manufacture of my very first pair of prescription eyeglasses. Jason, our representative at America’s Best from start to finish listened carefully to my concerns and requests; and offered helpful suggestions. He is an expert! America’s Best has policies like being able to return your glasses within 30 days to f they don’t workout, that their competitor doesn't have. I picked up my new glasses today, and they’re perfect! Jason at America’s Best on Southern Avenue in Mesa is the reason I keep coming back to this location. You can absolutely tell the difference between someone who is just doing their job and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Jason is friendly, attentive, and truly caring. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and even double checked to see if they had a free trial pair available for me. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a big difference. It is little things like that which solidify why I choose this location instead of the one closer to my house. Great customer service is worth the commute. Highly recommend asking for Jason if you visit this office.

Jason was such a great help, he was the sweetest most patient, caring and attentive employee to not just me but everyone he came in contact with. He did things in a detailed, orderly, fashionable and efficient manner. I truly appreciate him as well as the rest of team for making it an overall great experience. I’m new to glasses and they made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident within this ongoing transition. I highly recommend for any and everyone to give them a chance.
