America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best! I came in for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The technician who assisted me before I saw the doctor was fantastic—friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the pre-testing process. The doctor was thorough and took the time to answer my questions during my exam. I also want to mention Alyssa, the sales associate who helped me. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose my glasses. She made the experience enjoyable and stress-free, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Her customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend America’s Best to anyone looking for quality eye care and a great selection of glasses. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs!

Monica was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful a true diamond to americas best. I also want to recognize the young woman with glasses who helped me choose my glasses. She was so patient, kind, and lovely throughout the entire process. I believe she may have been new, but she provided outstanding customer service and made the experience enjoyable. Both of them were wonderful, and I truly appreciate their help.

Was nervous to come in to this location due to the reviews but however I gave it a try and all the girls in the office were kind and knowledgeable about my glasses needs. Will come again to see their beautiful smiles, I highly recommend!

My husband and I have been coming to America’s Best for at least 8 years. I bring my children for their glasses. And now I bring my grandson. He is really hard on his glasses. We came in for an appointment for his Mom and he asked them to tighten his glasses. Allyson came over with that warm smile she always has and after looking at his glasses asked if she could help us out… she said his glasses were in really bad shape. She helped us out and was amazing. Whoever said the Holiday Spirit is no longer alive, is sadly mistaken!!!🎄 She is an ANGEL!!! We ate so grateful! We will always trust our eyes with the team at America’s Best in Antioch, CA! Thank you❤️💚

I’m on emergency for getting my glasses, last time I got two pairs ( not expensive glasses) But one of their pairs it’s completely fine just small part to fixed. Ando said I don’t have glasses now can you help? It’s taking 2 WEEKS FOR FIXING OR TO GET NEW ONES. I can’t wait 2 weeks with no glasses. Honestly customer service it’s not efficient. I will back to my original store on Lone tree way Antioch opticians, they fixed same day and new glasses on less then 1 week . And really good quality.
