I walked in towards the end of the day with a missing screw out of a kids glasses. I was greeted with a nice and friendly welcome. In about 10 minutes I walked out with them fixed at no charge. Was a wonderful experience! Thank you for helping out!
I was very pleased with the customer service i received at Foresight Optometry. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure the new frames i picked out suited my facial shape. He also spent about 15 minutes adjusting an older pair of sunglasses i had that i was not happy with. He adjusted them so that they fit comfortably and the fit is perfect! Thank you so much for taking the time to ensure a big decision like new frames went smoothly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend Foresight to friends!
The staff is always friendly and provide timely reminders about upcoming appointments. Dr Michelsen communicates my diagnosis in a way that's easy to understand. He answers all my questions and concerns with empathy and expertise. I have severe nearsighted vision and feel confident I'm getting the best care at Foresight Optometry. I would highly recommend them!
Great experience at Foresight Optometry! The doctors are super nice, skilled, and focused on long-term eye health. Kyle was fantastic, he helped me pick out glasses, adjusted the fit for all-day comfort, and was professional and friendly throughout.
Disappointed by the experience. I made an appointment online, easy to do. Never got any type of confirmation - email/call/text. Also sent a message asking about insurance coverage ahead of time, never got a response. Called the office during the hours they were open, the day of the appointment - no answer. Got a text from my call encouraging me to text a reply....which I did and finally got an answer. But hiding behind text messages is kinda lame for a doctors service. I still would have loved to talked to a live person and ask real questions, but guess it's not in the cards. I cancelled the appointment. No new patient for me.
