I had an excellent experience with Muir Eye Care. If there were 10 stars I would give it to Muir Eye care. Dr. Prasad is an outstanding ophthalmologist. Dr. Prasad is a doctor who is true to the attributes of a doctor - kind, caring, empathetic and generous with his time. I was out of town and needed an appointment on short notice, and Dr. Prasad was incredibly accommodating and was able to fit me in at the last minute. He is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology. He took the time to perform all the necessary testing and, most importantly, explained my results to me in detail. I really appreciated that he made sure I understood what the results meant and answered my questions. He also suggested a plan of action to solve my issue. Dr. Prasad and Dr. Miller worked as a team to make the investigation in my case full proof. Though it was a last-minute accommodation the care I received was exceptional. The staff was also very courteous and helpful throughout my visit. From the scheduling to the appointment itself, everyone was pleasant and professional. Muir Eye care is the one of the few ophthalmology practices to come across who has a combination of professionalism, subject matter expertise and compassion towards patients.
