PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE… You will regret going in here. DONT DO IT. My exam measurements were off, they bend the legs of both the eyewear I provided which it was a $800 worth. Better than the ones they sell. So I guess just to keep the horrible experience going they just messed them up. I had go in 3 times. First the measurement was off the second time q lens came with a defect and they call me to pick them up. Third time I saw how they messed the eyewear. Unnecessary. Unacceptable costumer service. The manager is very rude. I emailed the customer service but they lie saying I was going to receive a phone call which I’m still waiting for. This is how they operate. They ruined two pairs of glasses, Carrera and BMW frames. They bend the legs to a point it’s ridiculous. They keep saying the same thing every day. No shame at all. Very disappointed with my experience. It took over a month for my glasses to be delivered. During the process, I received a call informing me that my original frames had been broken and asking if I was okay with changing the frame color. While I understood that mistakes can happen, the overall communication and customer service were poor. After the glasses finally arrived, no one bothered to call me to let me know they were ready for pickup. I had to call them myself to check on the status of my order. After waiting so long, a simple courtesy call would have been the least they could do. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This location on 104th & I25 does absolutely terrible work, multiple errors on both pairs. Started my process on 12/23/2025 and it finally ended poorly in the middle of February. 2 exams and they still couldn't get them right. I can't use my driving pair as every light has stars and a bright halo around it and the bifocals are useless as the are totally blurry. I'm supposed to be able to see my dash when I glance down with the bifocals but blurred and useless. My reading/computer glasses are supposed to be for arms length reading but my computer screen and books at that distance are totally blurry and unreadable, and I have to be within 12 inches to see anything clearly. Not at all what I asked for. They broke one pair as the lenses were deformed and tech tried to MAKE them fit and broke frames while trying. Reordered took well over 2 months to end up with what I'd call useless garbage glasses. Do yourself a favor, don't go there!! My friend went to the one at 144th Ave in Thornton and was totally happy. Wish I'd taken his suggestion and gone there. 104th was closer, BAD choice on my part. Feel totally ripped off. When I told them of issues after 2nd exam all they could say is "everything is okay" IT'S NOT OKAY AT ALL!! I Have to go redo the whole process again somewhere else, and pay out more money I totally wasted $350 for 2 pairs of essentially useless glasses. Not at all happy with this experience. I have suffered with these useless glasses long enough. Hence the late review. Stay away from this location!!!

Aida was fantastic. Patient, kind and very helpful. Because of her I will be back and highly recommend America's Best!! I was worried about going here not sure if they would be good or not. I worried for nothing because the experience was a total 10!! Thanks to Aida for everything. Give her a raise and make sure you keep her!!

My experience at America's Best was Great. All of the staff were very friendly, pleasant and professional. In particular I would bring attention to Aida. She was a joy to deal with and super helpful with choosing the right frames for me and getting us through the process quickly and painlessly. I look forward to interacting with Aida again when my new glasses come in.
