Had a wonderful experience here!!! I went in for the two pairs of glasses and an eye exam for $95 deal and Jen helped me starting from when I called in to when I arrived and helped me through my whole visit. She was wonderful!!! I feel like customer service in this world is not very common anymore, but she reminded me of what great customer service is and reminded me there is still hope lol she is super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and it was just an all-around great experience ! I had a horrible experience the year and a half before at a different America’s best location and she made me forget that experience with the great experience she helped to provide! I had a remote eye exam and everything was good. Jen showed me all the glasses that qualified and was willing to help with recommendations. I even left paying $30 less than I expected because I got glasses that were on special! She totally helped take the bad experience from the Lakewood office out of my mind!!! Thank you Jen!!!!

We were passing through and needed help with our glasses. Jen and Yessi were so kind and helpful. They fixed our glasses and we were quickly on our way. Super impressed!
WOW! What an awesome experience! The doctor was incredibly kind and helpful when I visited this location. Later, I had some questions and needed help and the office manager Jessica was amazing. She has excellent follow through (even called me in the evening to answer my question) very thoughtful, and all around wonderful to work with! From one Jessica to another, you are incredible!!!! Thank you Thank you!!
I am very grateful to Jen for adjusting the metal frame on my glasses so well and so quickly. A special thanks for her kindness and splendid social skills!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Dr. Lam changed my prescription and contacts that ive had for years from another Dr.. Upon recieving my trial lenses I explained to them how drastically uncomfortable they were and that they did not help me see. They required another exam. At this second exam Dr. Lam gave me a pair of manual "owl eyes" claiming they were my old prescription and asked me to read a letter line. I knew immediately that was not my regular prescription. She argued with me and offered to show me how it matches my prescription then realized she had it set up wrong. Again I tried to read a letter line but this time it was worse. At this point she accused me of being to confused to be able to use those so we used the machine. Set to the new prescription she tried to give me I could barely read the top of any letter lines. She said that was the best she could get my eyes too and would not test my eyes with my old contacts in. I asked if we could she claimed the other lady already did before I saw here which she did not. Upon testing my eyed with my old prescription and contacts in I could read even the smallest letter line. At this point she had no choice but to change my prescription back. She got an attitude after that and just did not want to be wrong. She argued with me, refused to do right by the patient until she was proven wrong and either tried to sabotage my eye test or is unable to correctly use her optometry tools. DO NOT GO TO DR. LAM.
