I just left America's Best in Frederick, Maryland on Gilford Dr. I asked if my lense could be installed in my glasses, event hough it wasn't purchase from America's Best. Wendy was very helpful and kind. She repaired my lense in a matter of minutes. I was so impressed, that I may purchase my next pair of glasses from America's Best! Fantastic customer service! Great to know that customer service is still available. Thank you America's Best!

I had my first experience with this company 2 weeks ago and cannot recommend them highly enough. I was lucky enough to get an appointment within days. The receptionist was super nice. I took advantage of the two for $95 special including the eye exam. All went well I picked out my two pair. I decided I wanted to have one tinted to use a sunglasses. An additional $10 charge. 105.00 + taxes and I walked away with two very sturdy nice pairs of glasses. They included the UV protection on both pairs which is a huge up charge at other locations.

No services rendered. I made an appointment online, filled out my paperwork in advance and came in 20 minutes early. When I arrived I was told the process would take 2 hours.. Then I was told that there was no Doctor on site and other than technicians the Doctor would be virtual. Then I was put in a waiting room behind roughly 6 other people. A tech did my preliminary testing and sat me back in the waiting room. Roughly a half hour later, the person who checked me in came in and told a young lady 3 places ahead of me that she "most likely" would be seen. I asked what that meant for the people behind her, and she said I should keep waiting.... Another tech offered to reschedual the appointment and the soonest available is in 5 days. I waited long enough to make an appointment for tomorrow elswhere and left. Extremely angry. Hours wasted for nothing.

Laci was so helpful!! I recently went here to pick out some new frames (my old ones unexpectedly broke and needed a quick and cheap place to go) and this was perfect. Wonderful choice of frames and Laci was constantly recommending me frames to try on, which helped speed up the process. 🙏
