I had an amazing experience at America’s Best thanks to the incredible service I received. Emma helped me, she was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect sunglasses, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice.

I’ll start with the smaller issues and work up to the main ones — this location has gone downhill fast. The customer service is awful. You walk in and get stared at like you’re interrupting a private hangout. No greeting, no ‘How are you,’ no ‘Can we help you’ — just glares and silence. The franchise really needs to investigate this place. They gave my fiancé brand‑new glasses with a cracked lens. He kept getting headaches from them but didn’t even want to go back because the staff was so unprofessional. One employee in particular was unbelievably rude "them"— easily the worst customer service interaction we’ve ever had. Now for the bigger issue: the prescription itself. He went to Shopko for a second opinion (that’s where he originally got glasses before AB), and they immediately told him the prescription from this location was wrong. They decreased the prescription in one eye — taking away clarity — even though that eye hadn’t changed at all. It was the other eye that needed adjustment. How does an eye clinic make an error this severe? We will never return to this location. I’m strongly considering reporting them to corporate and the BBB. It’s time for America’s Best to clean house at this store. I USE to love this location NOT anymore its a crap shoot now. Just check the history of reviews that speak on these similar experiences. Its not just us feeling this way!
