America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

First, I’m not sure who answered the call when I made my appointment, but the customer service was definitely above par. Very sweet, patient, and helpful. Second, once I got there for my appointment everybody was so nice and friendly. Doctor was professional and proficient. Once my appointment was over, Ashley is the one that rang me out, and she was honestly the best part of the visit. Her personality was dope! Very helpful and broke down the process and the cost for me. Would highly recommend everyone get to Mayfield location, based off experience alone.

Americas best was the best. My experience was a good one. They handled my appointment in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and professional. Mario did a wonderful job getting me measured correctly for my glasses and my Rx he was very thorough. They saved me a ton of money with the perks and discount and my glasses were very nice in style and design. I'm looking forward to picking my glasses up and wearing the ones I got from Americas best thank you all my visits was worth it and I am completely satisfied.

Each and every time I come into this establishment, Mario is always more than willing to carefully work with me. Today I had my glasses replaced under warranty and he did an amazing job ensuring that I was properly serviced.
