Literally THE WORST Americas Best location to go to. Everytime i ask if i can pick up a trial pair, they always say “we can’t”, but if i go to any other location, i get them just fine and they always say “i don’t know why they wouldn’t be able to because what’s stopping them, ur in the club, and ur a patient?” If I need to get my contacts at this location because it’s closer to me, they never have my prescription in stock. NEVER. They just never have anything or can never do something u ask for no matter if u paid and have a receipt!! I just think this location should be shut down at this point. I started off here and now I have to drive 30 mins away or more just to get the care I need when this one is just 6 mins away!!! It’s disappointing, and such an inconvenience as well, because I live so close, but no matter what it is I need from them, I have to get it elsewhere and I actually get it with no issues! This place is just awful! “We don’t do that”(yes u do, I started off here at this location and have gotten it here, here’s the receipt!)- I went and got them elsewhere at another location and was treated like my needs were actually important! “We don’t have it in stock”… it’s been YEARS since I was last treated well or could get anything I needed from this place. I recommend Westgate Shopping Center location! I they always CAN, almost always HAVE WHAT YOU NEED, and always tell me it’s weird that the other location is giving many clients such a hard time, “we got ya”. Thankyou westgate!- and I don’t usually do reviews, but I’m so fed up! This one was needed!
