Staff friendly. Wouldn’t recommend for efficiency purposes. I booked a 4pm appointment for contact and glasses for an online appt at the office. Waited 20 mins for exam to start. Went through two exams just to meet with the doctor via TELEHEALTH just for her to tell me I needed an in person visit for contacts. My insurance only covers both when I do both exams in the same day. An hour later I find out that I wasted my time and needed to reschedule. (@5:15) Just for the rep to tell me there’s no availability for the type of appointment I need! Irritated to say the least. And

Dr. Raj is truly a remarkable eye doctor who seems to enjoy her profession! I was really impressed with her thoroughness during my examination, her attention in listening to my concerns while addressing them during her assessment in a way that was clearly understood. Dr. Raj exceeded my expectations by addressing all the concerns I voiced so I could leave with an action plan! Thank you so much, Dr. Raj!

Was called to confirm appointment was told wait might be two hours as all doctors are virtual and they don’t know who will be working on the phone. How can you make appointments and not have doctors in the building to see or know when they will be available on the phone and ask people to waste all day waiting for a DR. Hopefully it won’t be two hours but this is an insane way to run a doctor’s office. We will see what happens.

First time coming in here and everybody was so polite, but especially Serena she had such a great attitude. She should be teaching people about Customer Service seriously will come back again of course.

Be mindful!!! Wasted 1.5 hours to end up with no exam and no glasses. Appointment at 10am, arrived at 957am, checked in, browsed frames for a few minutes, did pre exam tests, waited 28 minutes for virtual doctor, to then be told I needed a photo of eye redone, photo redone, to then be told I had to wait again for virtual doctor for another 15 minutes with no true start time. I couldn't wait any longer as this was getting more and more ridiculous. Finally left at 1125am with no exam, no glasses, and no resolution. Now I have to find another eye doctor to get services and glasses. Be mindful if you value your time!!!
