⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve always had a great experience at Stanton Optical on Two Notch! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames and even found me a better deal than what my insurance offered. They really go above and beyond to make the whole process easy. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service we received. From the moment we walked in, Denise went above and beyond to help my son during a time crunch. She set him up within minutes, immediately understood the urgency, and had his glasses made in less than an hour without hesitation. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Not only did she work quickly and efficiently, but she also applied a discount without asking, which was incredibly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely caring and dedicated to customer service these days. Because of her compassion and effort, my son was able to leave with exactly what he needed, and the entire experience was overall pleasant. We are beyond grateful and absolutely recommend this place because of the outstanding service we received.
Bree was amazing! From the moment I walked in, she and the entire staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. They made the experience easy and stress-free while providing excellent customer service. It's refreshing to find a team that is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back.
I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical! Kyrena, the sales manager, was seriously so sweet, patient, and helpful the entire time. She was super honest when helping me pick out frames and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. She explained everything in a way that made sense to me and made the whole process really easy and comfortable for me. Everyone there was very welcoming and the overall visit was smooth from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they leave happy with what they picked. I honestly had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
ZERO STARS would be more appropriate. The advertised promotion was for 2 pairs of glasses and a free eye exam for $79. After services were rendered, I paid $203. I do not have any special requirements for my lenses and it was not clarified fully when I asked about the price difference. I was also not made aware this would be similar to a telehealth visit as the doctor would not be physically present in the exam room with me. When conducting the screening portion of the visit I was told there was an obstruction in my eye that may require additional treatment. This was also told to 2 other people who were examined right after me as I waited to be seen/viewed by the doctor. After a week I brought the glasses back because there was an issue and I was told to physically see an optometrist and if there was a difference in the results my glasses could be remade at no additional cost to me. I went to another provider, paid more money and was told there was no obstruction in my eye along with the prescription I was given being totally wrong for my vision. When I took the updated prescription to Stanton optical I was asked to pay $400 to correct the lenses which I refused. The representative spoke with a manager explaining what had happened and she agreed to waive the additional cost this one time. Overall, this was a bad experience that I will and have gladly shared with others not to ever go to Stanton optical for any vision care services.
