My first time stepping into this place felt like the opening scene of a movie. The doors opened, the vibe hit, and the people welcomed me like I was the main character. The energy was unreal very warm, loud, alive. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re truly depriving yourself. This isn’t just a spot, it’s an experience you feel. The music was definitely a vibe. I’m already plotting my return. I want to send a special thanks to John and Tina. I will be back to see you both.

I had such a positive experience with Tanya at this location. I broke my frames and she was diligent to find frames that fit for me. Such a gracious person and superb customer service! Thanks so much for finding me the right frames! Such patience, and the frames are not bad, either!
Professional & thorough. Staff expedites in a timely manner regardless of how busy they are.. this has been our home eye clinic for several years. We will continue to do business here because they truly care about their patients. Big thanks to GM, Niecy for taking matters into her own hands ensuring i received my prescription in a time of urgent need.
Last week, I gave this location 5⭐️ based on the excellent customer service I received over the phone. Unfortunately, my in-store experience on 4/6 was completely different. When I arrived, I was initially greeted by a young lady who was assisting another customer. While she was polite, I was uncomfortable that she discussed the reason for my visit from the opposite end where I stood out loud where others could hear. After verifying my information, she directed me to another associate without explaining what would happen next. The next employee, Mo, did not greet me or acknowledge me in a welcoming manner or at all. He asked for my last name without even looking up and instructed me to sit down without explanation. After driving over an hour, I would have appreciated the option to stand without his aggressive approach and at least a courteous interaction. He initially told me my prescription was expired, but when I mentioned my phone conversation from the previous week, he corrected himself. During checkout, I attempted to use tap pay, but when it required a PIN, he simply stated I would need to complete the order although I explained I didn’t have a pin that I could recall. He didn’t bother offering any helpful solution. He was ready to dismiss me without looking for a solution. Only after I asked further questions mentioning the young lady last week was going to take my card by phone and that wouldn’t require a pin. He then said, well yeah we can manually enter your my card number if you have it. What stood out most was his overall demeanor. Mo seemed disengaged and unwilling to assist me. I had specifically come in because during my call the young lady checked and said a trial pair would be available to hold me over, but he said there was nothing in stock. Previously although my exact script wasn’t in stock I was given something close as possible to hold me over. Given my experience with him, I’m not confident he made a genuine effort to check. Additionally, he did not ask how I wanted to receive my contacts (in-store pickup or shipping), nor did he confirm my address. I woke up this morning feeling I better check my receipt to confirm I would pick them up in store. I noticed on my receipt that they were being shipped, which was never communicated. Thankfully, my address on file is still correct. I’ve been coming to this location for years for my family’s eye care needs, and while there have been occasional issues with wait times or service, I have usually let them go. However, this experience stood out enough that I felt it needed to be addressed. I don’t expect special treatment, but basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism go a long way. Unfortunately, that was missing during this visit. Update: today 4/7 I called to confirm my order and to double check and confirm if Mo actually checked for a trial pair of contacts. I was placed on hold over 20 minutes so I had to call from a different phone. I then spoke with the same kind lady from last week who checked and to our surprise (not really) you all actually did have a trial pair of contacts to help me out while I wait on my order. She sounded shocked I was told different just yesterday. Which further tells me Mo just did not want to assist me. I was not surprised based on how Mo treated me. I didn’t see his name tag but that’s the name he gave me. I hate to remove my 5 star rating for her from last week but Mo really went out his way to give me a hard time and I do not understand why. To add I stay alittle over 20 minutes away and with these gas prices it’s unfortunate I had to drive back for something that was available yesterday but with a torn contact it was my only option so that I can drive safely and be comfortable with seeing until mines arrive.
The staff was kind and did their best, but this place is seriously understaffed. It was packed, with only about two people working the front, so checking out took way too long. im not even that mad at employees because they were trying their best. I'd rather pay more somewhere else for a faster, smoother experience. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN also rather get my contacts at 1-800 is faster !
