I received my replacement glasses; that wasn’t the most exciting part of my visit. Jessica and Kiera made my day! Their humor was unmatched—it’s safe to say their service is as well. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have had multiple issues with lens I have gotten in a brand new pair of glasses. These glasses I got in December of 2025. Within a month they scratched and I have the anti scratch stuff on them. They got replaced and the replacement pair came in scratched.... Now the blue light coating is coming off and its been like 4 months sense the last time the lens have been replaced and they will no longer fix my lenses even though this is a manufacturering issue. I have had glasses for over 15 years and never once had issues like this. This is unacceptable and I will never be using this location/company again and would advise no one to use this location.

Wow, these guys have really stepped up their game as of 9/19/25. Seriously, they have a brand new staff who are gentle and sweet. The optometrist is better than I've ever had, she made sure my eyes were in good shape! Me and my wife will be going back to this location absolutely! Rachael checked us out and was very happy with our purchase, she's kind and proving she has what it takes. Dr. B was sharp, Lena is very good at guiding!! I've been here for about 10 years and this is the year of choice, don't listen to the 3 star it once was, this place is better than the expensive Wylie location. Woohoo, let's go America, the BEST!!!

Update: I appreciate that they reached out after I posted my review. It did not help the circumstances I was in at the time but the effort afterwards was appreciated. Turned away: I am extremely disappointed with the staff and service that should have been provided. My daughter, son in law and I had been calling around to find a place to get my eyes check before my driver license appointment and was happy this place said that they could get me in at 4:30 and just in case there was a 15 min leeway because it was 4:12 when we found them. I walked in at 4:31 and the nice lady that greeted me said after we called she couldn't locate my number in their system. I said, you wouldn't be able to because I had never been here before. She then told me that because I was a new patient they couldn't see me and they already had 2 patients waiting and it would cause the Dr to be late getting out late. I said no one called to let me know. Then another woman, came over to assert herself to make sure I understood that in no shape or form was I getting to use the appointment they scheduled for me over the phone. Based on this visit I would warn others that YOU TOO may be turned away.

I called at 4:11 and they said they could put my mother, a new patient down for 4:30. Gave them her name and number I said do you guys have a 15 minute grace period just in case? They stated yes, and when we arrived, at 4:31. We get in and they started that they cant find her, we said thats weird we called this location, and just schedulednd gave yall her phone number. and yall said yall had one appointment open for 4:30 and to come on in. Then they said well we cant see her because we already have two patients in the back and that would cause the drs to leave later then they want (as though that had anything to do with us or them telling us to come in and more then likely those patients were there when we called.) Honestly there unprofessional, they disrespected my time and gas. We wont be going through American best in Rowlett again and I don't think there worth your time either.
