Hands down the best customer service, from all the staff including the doctor. Everyone was so attentive and actually cared for what was best for me. Valerie was amazing at helping choose my frames and also gave vital care advice for eye care. When I say this was the best experience ever from an optical place, it truly was!
Wow!, the experience i had on my visit to America's Best, (Wynnewood), was exceptional. I've been visiting this location, (Wynnewood), for about 10 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Simon is smart and thorough in her examination. And a very kind, and patient, and also thorough representative by the name of VALERIE! patiently helped me and answered every question and concern to get me the best deal possible. An A-1 visit. I don’t really do reviews, but I had an incredible experience at the optometrist thanks to Odette. She made the entire process easy. She was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions during the pretesting phase with patience. When it came time to pick out my frames, her expertise really shone through.
