Have been coming here for a few years now. Came in for an eye exam and to update frames on (3) glasses. Walked in to friendly faces and smiles. After exam all 3 sets of my glass frames were measured and taken for about 2 weeks. Glasses finally came in and my computer glasses were off. Something is different about the new lenses on my computer set. I asked to go back to the old prescription and kept my frames with old lenses. New lenses were ordered again with old prescription. When those finally arrived I came back in to have new lenses placed on frames. My old lenses were TOSSED! 😭 I got back to work and used new lenses and they still to this day after several weeks now are NOT the same. I called several times to speak to the manager and she never returned my call. Spent close to $600 out of pocket and I couldn’t even get a call back to offer any kind of solution. I should have requested my lenses immediately as she was tossing but I didn’t and regret it so much. They did try anything or could have offered to call lab to see if any changes were made. Nothing! Not a call back from anyone and to this day they are still not the same and why should I adjust and/or force my eyes to a new prescription?!?! Bought a new pair recently on a phone app with the same prescription, and they work great. Not fair and VERY DISAPPOINTED! We live and learn.

Patricia was a wealth of knowledge. I feel she looked out for my best interest. She caught that i didn't get the computer protection on my last pair and asked if I'd like it today. That meant a lot to me because I didn't realize that I didnt get it on the 2nd pair. Patricia was very efficient, patient with the talkative old lady, professional. Patricia gave excellent customer service! The doc on sight was awesome and answered all my questions nicely. Everyone over all was lovely. I was in and out with in a hour. My 2 boys and I had a great vist.

If you're looking for affordable glasses and eye exam this is not your place, with or without insurance they find some way to make you spend $400 on one pair of glasses. No lie I did purchase a pair of frames and took them elsewhere and got everything done for $110 with shades. Maybe it was just a bad experience for me this was my second time this year purchasing from this location.
