Very bad Customer service experience. My whole family has been customers for 25 years now but we never had any issues or complaints until today. Customer service representative named Tameka was very rude and unprofessional. She was acting like she was very knowledgeable, behaving like some executive professional, treating us like we are dumb, illiterate and showing attitude throughout the process. Had she acted or treated us differently if we’re not from a different race?

I had a great experience with the entire staff, I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was soooo helpful. The doctor and Meka was so good with helping me with ordering contacts and glasses. I will be back!🤓🤓🤓

Tameka was absolutely WONDERFUL…she was very pleasant, professional, and took her time to ensure all questions I had were answered before making my purchase. Highly recommend

The name of this business is important because you would never suspect it without someone telling you. The people were very nice and attentive and it seemed clean. The advertise $89 for example and two pair of glasses. I thought I would try them out. I to ot the cheap frames and thin lens. Price? $400+. I asked for just one pair, $300+. Weird math so I declined and noticed the prescription was grossly wrong. Ok, medical errors happen. I called and asked to have them fax the corrected Rx. "Impossible, I must pick it up and show ID to verify my identity." I could ensure my id on the phone using the transaction number and all the documents I used to open my accout. I walked in and was handed the script without anything but me saying my name. Misleading and a strange power trip. It was like a carnival game. I went elsewhere where it was cheaper and if you ask me, the best place in America.

My visit herewas so wonderful! I highly recommend. I was interested in the 2 frames plus exam for X amount deal they had going. I use a wheelchair and everyone on staff was very accommodating and everything was well accessible for wheel chair use. The Dr performing my exam was very personable, kind and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. You also can't beat the prices they have and not to mention they offer plenty of really cute frames to pick from to fit anyone's personal style.
