Dr. Billitz was very professional and thorough. We liked how he showed us the pictures of my eyes and explained things in a good way. I was very pleased with the quality of my exam. He is relatable and friendly. Erin was terrific getting me checked in and prepared for my Dr. appointment. She was kind and quite efficient. Meena is a marvel! She knew her inventory, answered my questions and took very good care of me. She was very patient with us and I truly valued her advice. I feel like together she helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I will love and be comfortable in. Meena has a wonderful sense of style. We stayed in budget. Meena did outstanding!! My family really appreciates her going above and beyond for us.

Not only was the experience easy and efficient, it was genuinely enjoyable as well. The provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. Jana and Reggie were absolutely amazing. They guided me through every step, and by the end we were laughing and chatting like old friends. As a medical provider myself, I know how important this kind of experience is. It creates a welcoming, comfortable environment that truly makes a difference for patients. I will definitely be returning and recommending this office to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and wholesome place for their eye care needs. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff especially Tara was friendly, professional, and very helpful when choosing frames. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my glasses fit comfortably. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. My glasses were ready quickly, and the quality is great. I pop into the Mobile store--- if Erin, Sheridan, or Reggie aren't working, I walk right back out! These three are truly exceptional. They explain the fine print, walk you through the ordering process, and actually *listen* to your style preferences — turning a simple glasses purchase into a real experience. Every visit feels personal I've happily walked out with two pairs of glasses each time! If you just need glasses, any rep there will do. I recently purchased glasses from the Airport location in Mobile, AL and Reginald was so helpful!!! I hate shopping for glasses but Reginald made the experience extremely easy.
