I can’t say enough about the amazing and professional customer service I received at the Algonquin location! I needed to order contact lenses and Margarita made the process smooth and easy and helped save me a lot of money. Since America’s Best offers price matching, Margarita made sure I got the best deal possible. She took the time to look and compare deals and will have them delivered to my home with no additional charge! I highly recommend going to the Algonquin location.

I can't say enough about the store manager, Margarita! She was such a great help from the beginning when I made the appointment with her to the end when we walked out having six pairs on order. Very kind, patient, and helpful! We'll continue to come back because of her. We need more like her managing stores...
Dr. And assistant are both respectful and professional. One girl not so much which is enough to think twice about going back to buy my glasses there. Wish I could bypass her. I appreciate the rest of the staff there. No wait with appt. Nice, clean and selection of frames.
Dr was good but Barry who checked us out was very slow and actually gave us a sample contact lenses went back and forth several times because he couldn't figure it out. Took them home and they are still the wrong prescription. He also didn't know anything about our insurance. We switch to Algonquin because we had a bad experience in Elgin. Thinking we just need to switch to a new provider.
Took my kindergartner who just started school for the first time and because she may not know all her numbers, shapes, and the alphabet she was referred out, time wasted. All her information was entered her birthday included and instead of calling and asking these questions before having us come in they just said sorry like that makes up for the time off I took from work. Do better and have exams for every age or make sure you include that you don’t work with children under a certain age.
