I want to thank Dr. Steven Zadel for helping with my prescription. I have cataracts and it is much harder reading the letters. He made it easier to determine my strength in both eyes. He was friendly and made me feel welcomed. The ladies at the front desk are friendly as well. I went for my first visit located at 72nd Cicero, Bedford Park for my first visit. The doctor was cold, rude and not thorough. I never had an exam in 5 minutes. I will continue to come to this downtown location.

Just left their Wabash location and Brittany did a masterful job at tightening my glasses. Also a Super smile. Been coming to this location for 12 years(they moved a little like 4 yrs ago) and when I was Abusing alcohol I smashed up my glasses Many a time. And every time the women pulled off a miracle with almost no exaggeration 😀😃😄😁✅✅✅❤️
Don't know if the csr is incompetent or inept bc she doesn't check out pertinent info concerning customers bc after scheduling my appt I received a call from from a woman the next day explaining to me that all I needed to do was come in and pick a frame and didn't need an exam so she said I didn't need an appointment come in anytime...she CALLED ME so I thought everything was fine with my medical insurance and all until I came in to pick out a frame extremely happy ofc only to be eventually told after 15-20 minutes of my looking that I've used up my allowance for the year...so I wasted my whole dam morning..!! Didn't or Shouldn't she have thoroughly check that info out before she called me..?? I didn't like my experience at all...!!! No I would not recommend this location to a friend I hate, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
Went ordered glasses, I got the call they were ready but had some scratches on the lenses and I could take them if needed. I needed glasses that was my purpose of going to the eye store in the first place. I took the glasses because I needed them to see on my computer at work but the bifocals were not good and I had trouble seeing out of them. They let me know my new glasses arrived I went to pick them up no one told me to bring the other ones back so now I am without glasses again until I have time to go back again. I will also let my insurance company know about the horrible service and will not do business with this company again.
The optometrist was very good lining up my prism prescription for my glasses. I like that they are partnered with Pairs.com. The optometrist was very nice as were all of the staff. I went back and bought another pair.
