I was not very pleased with the service I received at this location. I went in for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. Because my prescription lenses are fairly thick, I specifically paid for the revised/thinner lens option to make the glasses more comfortable and less bulky. Unfortunately, when I received my glasses, I noticed that the lenses did not appear to have been revised or thinned at all. They were extremely thick, to the point that the glasses could not even fold properly. I paid an additional fee for this service, so I was very disappointed with the result. I contacted the location numerous times to address the issue and was repeatedly told that a supervisor or manager would contact me. However, I have yet to hear from anyone. Now, because more than 30 days have passed, I am being told that I am stuck with the glasses, despite the fact that I paid for a service that I do not believe was properly provided. I have attached a photo below so you can see how thick the lenses are and understand the issue I am referring to. Overall, this was not a good experience for me. I expected better customer service and for the issue to be addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I probably will not be returning to America’s Best.
