From the moment I walked in I was meet with kindness and a great attitude from the front desk girls Crystal, Machelle,& Ocayvia. I came in due to having broken my glasses and I was able to leave with a trial pair of contacts until my new ones came in. I also want to thank Benjamin for his professionalism he was kind and knowledgeable. You guys have a phenomenal team here and I really appreciate it!!!
This was my first time at America’s Best and I will definitely be coming back. I was able to make an appointment for an eye exam for contacts and glasses this morning for a same day appointment. The employees were courteous, knowledgeable, and fun. I’ve been wearing eye glasses for about 25 years and Lavinia was the first person to teach me how the sizing for frames work and helped me find the size that works best for my face. I had a time constraint around my eye exam and the doctor was very understanding and accommodating. I rushed back to work after finishing my exam and was able to come back after work to seamlessly complete my visit. I look forward to my two new pairs of glasses and contact lenses. I definitely appreciate the 5 day supply of sample contacts to make sure that the brand I ordered are comfortable and functional for me before committing to a box of 90 contacts. Thank you all for an excellent experience.
the whole staff are so kind and caring! such a lovely experience. Lavinia helped me with my eye contacts and was so amazing! she was so patient and i loved struggling to put my contacts in for an hour with someone so sweet! great first eye contact experience! and GREAT eye contacts, i see so nice with them in. no issues at all.
Great experience as usual! Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful, especially Lavinia. She really took the time to help me pick the best frames for me and make sure I had the right fit when I picked them up. So happy with my new glasses and sunglasses!
