Really good experience at America’s Best! Reen and Aline were super helpful when I was picking out my glasses (got some cool sunglasses). They explained everything so clearly and answered all my questions!!! They made the whole process super easy. Awesome customer service! Looking forward to my next appointment!!

​I had a wonderful experience at America's Best! I went in for an eye exam for both glasses and contacts, and the entire team took such great care of me. A special shoutout to Jessica, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. Everyone made the whole process smooth and easy. I'm very happy with my service and will be back in a few days to pick up my new glasses and contacts. Highly recommend Jessica and the whole team here!

Just want to start off by saying Cinthya did a amazing job, it took me a while to pick out glasses, I was NEVER rushed even though it was 10 minutes before closing she answered all my questions very patiently and help me understand the full process very well, she even went out of her way to show me the safety glasses they have available EVEN THOUGH the store closing time was in 2 minutes that alone was an amazing experience, i truly felt like the all the staff were actually trying to help me, ESPECIALLY THE DOCTOR he took his time and ran multiple test on my eye conditions instead of just making my prescription stronger, very excited to receive my glasses in 2 weeks

Beware of this place. Ordered 2 sets of glasses back in July. Was told delivery was latest July 39th. Never heard anything from them so I called and the told me one pair was ready and the 2nd pair was coming in on Monday. Still nothing so I called today. Got transferred a couple times and sat on hold while they tried to figure it out. Finally someone cam on and said the lab made it wrong and would not be ready until the 8th. She said no one called me because she was on vacation and no one else looked at it until now. Requested a manager and finally Cynthia who stated she was the manger came on the phone and said the lab did something wrong. I said not my fault and there has been no communication from them about this error. I told her that one person on vacation should not cripple their business. She stated that the lab that makes all the glasses for them is in Mexico and they can't get stuff fast. I told her that was discouraging that stuff is not made in the US but I was just told no one looked at it until today and Cynthia claims they are ready at the lab just need to ship. I told her they needed to expedite as my daughter is going back to college and we did this in plenty of time. I also asked for Cynthia's manager so I could loop her in to get this resloved. I was given a name of Tasha Mcentire and a phone number that has been disconnected. I would think a store manager would have the correct number for her boss. Have been a customer for a few years and never had an issue. Now that there is an issue they are trying to cover it up and don't want me to let the GM know what is going on. Save yourself the hassle!

Maria and Jessica are MIRACLE WORKERS!!!! I am so clumsy and always break my glasses, they were able to fix BOTH of my glasses - and they were baaaad off lol. I also made an appointment and will be back to purchase more glasses in 2 weeks because their service was that great. They were so nice and friendly and spoke so natural like my best friends!!! Very efficient, Please go see them!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
