He took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process smooth and easy, and went above and beyond by providing extra assistance that was greatly appreciated. Ive been going to different locations of america’s best for my contacts and glasses for well over 20 years but today I had one of the best experiences at any americas best i’ve ever been to. Every employee there was incredibly kind & had great customer service. I called with questions before my appointment and spoke to Sam who was super kind and helpful and really put me at ease before I came in. Brady did my pre-exam tests and then Dr. Desai did my exam and both of them were so kind and understanding and really made my experience great. I also just want to especially shout out Dr. Desai because she listened to everything I said and really made me feel heard, which was so nice and refreshing because that hasn’t always been my experience with other optometrists. Then George helped me get my glasses picked out and my order placed and he was really friendly and super knowledgeable about the different options and explained everything to me. Overall a 10/10 experience, I will definitely be coming back to this location for any eye care needs.

Great place to get glasses if you want great customer service from some of the nicest, most knowledgeable and professional people. Dr. Dacalas did my exam and was very thorough. I felt confident that what he recommended was accurate. George was great to work with also.He helped me find the exact frames I wanted. I was in and out in no time.

Love the team at America’s Best. Sam’s energy is infectious. Brady really knows his stuff and takes his time to explain all the exams. Dr Desi cares about her patient and talk about long term eye health. Jennifer helped me get the most bang for my buck! Love the team! Keep up the great work.

Best glasses experience I've had. I was admittedly fussy and they were so understanding and accommodating! Sam & Isaiah were lovely and they have the magic touch, they adjusted my glasses to my face perfectly. This America's Best is now my go-to.
