I was very disappointed with my experience at your company. The Korean male optometrist showed a lack of respect toward customers. The Filipina staff also gave the impression of acting unprofessional. The main issue was that I was given the wrong prescription for both my glasses and contact lenses. I came in for an eye exam to check if there was a problem with my vision, but the first prescription given was too high. When I returned, my vision tested at 20/20, which clearly shows that the original prescription was incorrect. I was also not properly taught how to use my contact lenses, and I had to ask questions just to get basic instructions. When I returned the contact lenses and glasses because the prescription was wrong, I was told they could not be refunded because they had already been used, even though I had to try them first to know they were incorrect. This experience was very frustrating and a waste of my time. Instead of receiving clear explanations and proper assistance, I felt blamed for a mistake that came from your side. I do appreciate the other staff member who treated respectfully and provided good customer service. I hope you improve your service, take responsibility for prescription errors, and ensure your staff treat customers with professionalism and respect.
