I can’t recommend Arbor enough. They give great care in every sense of the word. Special thanks to gal who helped me pick out new frames after my appointment. She helped me try on half the shop efficiently and with remarkable patience. She seems to love her job, and made me feel like I was shopping with a friend instead of receiving a service. Thanks folks!

My visit started on time with no waiting between services. The entire staff took the time they needed and listened when I requested an increase in magnification to make reading easier. When I went to choose new glasses, Claire listen to what I wanted, and brought me many choices without indicating that it would be tough to put them all back. She worked with me to be sure that my new glasses fit properly and the prescription was in the right place. I have previously had glasses from the Internet because it is less expensive; however, I will never do that again as it is worth the very small per day Cost to get glasses it make it much easier for me to read and to drive

Dr.Wang and her assistant Leanne were extremely accommodating and patient with my case. Highly recommend this clinic! Very conveniently close to home and amazing service. Dr. Wang also speaks Chinese which made my experience more comfortable.

I've been a patient for 10 years. I've mostly had a positive experience with them except for recently. I went to two of their providers about a large white bump on my eyelid. One of them in North Bend told me Dr. Dale could remove it for me but it wouldn't be covered by insurance because it was cosmetic. I decided to live with it. A year later the bump had gotten significantly larger, itched, and was getting redder. It was large enough that I could see it in my line of sight. I went back. The next doctor at Arbor told me I needed to go to a plastic surgeon who does cosmetic procedures in Kirkland. That surgeon was out of my network. I called and left a message and they called me back and said I could see Dr. Dale at the Snoqualmie office. I made the appointment. When I arrived at the Snoqualmie office, I was told they'd tried to call me that morning (I can't talk on the phone at work) and the doctor could only see me in Sammamish. They had cancelled the appointment. I gave up on them and spent two hours on the phone with my insurance company to find a doctor who could do eyelid surgery. When I did find one and finally got seen, he said I had irregular vascular patterns on the bump and needed a biopsy. It turns out you can get skin cancer on your eyelids. Glad I finally found a doctor to take me seriously and waiting on my test results now. I feel like Arbor gave me the runaround and I did not get good care.

A great experience as usual, each member from reception to the frames area were professional, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr. Stern-Green went through the exam efficiently and answered all my questions. I’m a big fan.
