The office staff were friendly and patient. The doctor (Dr. Wang) was knowledgeable and also kind and thorough. The pricing was very reasonable. I was nervous as this was a first visit but the experience quickly put me at ease and exceeded expectations! So nice to have a good local eye option!
I abosolutely love this eye care facility! They are welcoming. Dr Stratton has been on my side for eye care. I was able to get cataract surgery with Dr Dale who is also fabulous. Now I’m getting a laser procedure that will even improve my vision in right eye. All covered by Medicare and United Heath Care advantage coverage. Love this team💕
The visit starts with making an appointment. Then when I arrived in I’m greeted very cordially and asked to wait until called which doesn’t take very long. Staff are friendly, professional but personal too. I am always impressed with them, feeling glad I’m there. Dr. Stratton comes in just a short time later and very thoroughly does her exam. She is professional, easy to talk to and eager to help. I am very pleased with the service I receive!!
From the moment I scheduled to the very last moment of my visit, everyone I interacted with at Arbor Eyecare was exceptional and world class. The doctor I chose, Dr. Aleksandra Stratton was truly an exceptional Lady in a league all her own with her willingness to listen, answer any and all questions I had, showed empathy and care along with concern for me as a patient, truly a fine Doctor in every regard a patient would want and then some. I have been to The Snoqualmie Ridge and North Bend locations of Arbor Eye Care and the staff at both facilities are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Jamie Wong is very personable and always answers any questions I have about my vision, prescription glasses, and contact lenses. Both locations are furnished very comfortably. They have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses frames to choose from. I highly recommend Arbor Eye Care.
