I've gone here for years and never want to go anywhere else because their service is fabulous. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind and takes the time with you to make sure that he has answered all your questions. And the other three staff who take care of all the administration and the woman who started the appointment with checking my eyes on different machines were also very knowledgeable and warm. From start to finish, everything is done efficiently and wonderfully. And their price is very good.

I am beyond happy with Archdale Eye Care! They offer all of the newest technology to meet my family's various needs while continuously offering the highest standard of customer service that can't be matched online. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to help. Tiara, the Manager, is amazing! She is always willing to listen and does her best to make sure our questions are answered and any issues are resolved. That level of customer service is unheard of, and I am so happy we found them! I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Perri is wonderful! She fully listens and is very knowledgeable. Great experience! Front desk, Kaylyn, was very friendly and extremely helpful on the phone and in the office. Tech, Daria, was extremely kind and you could tell that she loves her job! Made us feel very comfortable and explained all the tests. Optician, Alissa, was very helpful and helped us save money, which is a bonus!

Experience was great. Wanted a complete exam, s8nce it been awhile since I'd updated my prescription. Tech was great and friendly, Dr explained everything the comes with age. Ordered 2 pair of glasses and was very pleased! Thanks!!

I have been going to Dr. Bisbee a few years now and always receive top tier service. I was greeted by Caitlin, who was easily approaching with a smile! The techs Daria and Brennan were patient and knowledgeable. They are a great addition to the Archdale staff. Lastly, Dr. Bisbee takes very good care with his clients and easy to speak to. He made sure I was comfortable and all needs were met! Thank you all so much for always being great!! 👍🏾 😃♥️
