I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time at Associates in Eyecare, and it was entirely because of Ryshelle. My wife and I came in for what turned into a very long, complicated visit involving multiple pairs of glasses, sunglasses, contacts, and working through two different insurance plans. The office was absolutely packed the entire time, and despite the nonstop chaos around her, Ryshelle never once looked overwhelmed, rushed, or frustrated. She stayed calm, patient, professional, and unbelievably kind from start to finish. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and genuinely caring she was. She explained everything clearly, helped us make smart decisions without pressure, kept track of all the complicated insurance details, and somehow still made us feel like we were her only customers in the building.
