Everyone that assisted us from the moment we walked in were pleasant and polite. The building was clean and inviting. Had a fire drill while there and even that ordeal a nice experience. Would recommend this office to anyone needing their services. Thank you for making our experience a success!!

The service at Great Lake was great. The staff there was very polite, helpful, and informative. When I needed to know the answer to my question they knew the answers.
“Dr. Elsheikh was absolutely amazing with my son. She was kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in. She didn’t rush into examining him, but instead took her time to make sure he felt safe and at ease. She was very personal with us, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and truly made us feel heard. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. We really appreciated her compassion and professionalism and would highly recommend her.”
I see Jennifer at Old Towne and she’s fantastic! She goes over my whole chart, asking for updates on stuff we’ve discussed. She never seems to be in a hurry and doesn’t rush me when I have questions. Very knowledgeable and personable, too.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. My fiancé who is near blind had an original appointment last year. Around November, they have called to reschedule 10 times since January. When I spoke with the receptionist today she was rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. I asked why for the rescheduling, she tried to make me feel guilty by saying one doctor went on maternity leave and the other has been assigned to see children at schools instead, So existing appointments dont matte? Wouldn't the doctor that went on "maternity leave" know in advance she was having A BABY" and not schedule patients during that time? Its not making sense. Meanwhile my fiancé has broken glasses and can't see. Never relying on great lakes eye department again. Would not recommend. Id drive an hour to avoid them actually and we finally gave up.on being seen by them and made an appointment at SVS. Action packed with issues and they don't care if their patients can't see or not.Shame shame shame. I use great lakes for other service and they are always wonderful. Thats why this is such a disappointment. Good job great lakes.
