Baldwin Eye Clinic

Had an appointment set out a couple of weeks for my wife and I. My wife barely had a sniffle and a cough and WAS NOT SICK. The day we went was also extremely cold. The doctor was turning anyone away who had any signs of sickness, no matter how minor, and my wife was turned away, even told she could wait in the vehicle while I was seen. We both just left. The problem I have is, why not explain that to anyone when setting up the appointment in the first place during this time of the year. Furthermore, it was extremely cold that day and everybody is going to at least have some sniffles or a cough to some degree. You might as well shut the place down and not see anybody at all if you’re that scared. Might as well not even practice in the winter months and stay inside your home at that. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

Can't take your kids there or youll get asked to wait in your vehicle!

My two babies had an appointment and unfortunately I forgot one of there Medicaid cards so I told her I would reschedule his and to just keep the others appointment. They called him back and was like we are only taking pictures so you can come back and he will be fine for a few seconds so we get done with that and we go back to the waiting room well when they finally call him back we go to go back and I tell them to come on and she gets rude with me and says it's only one person and patience to come back and I was like so my 4 year old has to wait in the waiting room by himself for God knows how long and she said yes so I was like cancel my appointment and I'll find a new eye doctor

We love Dr. Dunagan! She has been our go to for years. Always professional, kind, and thorough. Answers any of our questions with patience.

The only complaint I have is that when I picked up my eye glasses, all I was asked is "do they fit?" They didn't check to see if the glasses needed any kind of adjustment. I wasn't asked to read anything to make sure I could read or see out of them correctly. I have always, always, even at Walmart, been asked to read something out of the new pair of glasses and the glasses were checked to be sure no adjustments needed to be made.
