I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Absolutely love this office and staff. They were all so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Nice is very professional and listens to your concerns. Monique was super helpful with picking out my new glasses making it an easy process. This is the place to come for your eye needs!
My first eye exam ever and Dr Nice was very thorough and walked me through the whole exam. Jasmine was extremely nice and explained all the tests she was performing. Monique was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful picking out glasses!!The front ladies greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and explained my insurance benefits before being seen which was very helpful.
Expert staff, very accommodating. Each one is very good at their job. Dr Abbey Nice is one of the sweetest and down to earth people. She takes her job very seriously as she not only cares about your vision but your overall health. Physical as well as mental. She is A+ in my book and I highly recommend she and her staff.
The Bay Minette office is an exceptional place to have your eyes examined. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable,and friendly. Dr. Nice is wonderful and you know when you’re done with your exam you have been in great hands. She is extremely through. You can trust your eye care to her. Highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed.
