Decent hospital with a friendly staff. Floor layout is maze-like in places and security is being upgraded. The treatment, surgeries, recovery, and physical therapy departments are as good as some high profile hospitals in bigger cities. Emergency care is very good here.

Loved the security, very nice and great doctors and nurses. May have been on wrong parking area, hard time finding parking area. Some Vehicles in handicapped parking did not have signs on mirrors. Beautiful hospital.

They don’t even deserve one star. They call it Killcrest for a reason. They do not clean the rooms my daughter was in ICU for five days the cleaning lady ran a Swiffer over the floor never cleaned it out rinsed it missed blood stains never wiped anything in the room the toilet had a black ring in it i had to ask her to clean it so that makes sense why they gave my daughter a staph infection of two different kinds. They also gave her a UTI because we would have to call nurse 4 times before they would come in to take her. So if you need to go to the restroom stand up to set off the sensor on the bed if you need to pee. They will come then smh. They also sent her home when she had the staph infection and we had to run her back the next day. They are still trying to send her home but she needs 2 weeks of iv antibiotics so they are sending her to a facility instead. They should be held accountable for thrower actions they are still charging insurance for thier mistakes. There will be a lawyer involved after this if my daughter makes it thanks to them. But no matter what i will hold them accountable.

Been at Hillcrest for 6 hours so far sitting in the waiting room no one has came an sprayed anything for bacteria if your dying don't come here they are very slow don't care how bad your hurt they will sit you in the waiting room an let you scream in agony you got a better chance at Providence one of the nurses named Lauren is very rude asked her a question an she was so rude told them I haven't eaten since the day before an I was going to fall out she really had nothing to say just looked at me like I was crazy unempathetic they wonder why ppl spread diseases cause ppl leave from waiting for hours you ever wonder why you get sick from hospitals bc they aren't cleaning regularly ppl play musical chairs in here an spread what they got don't matter if they vomiting sick in the bathroom they are not cleaning common areas

It’s August 1st I came to Hillcrest Hospital at 6:30pm and I’m still here in the waiting area and it’s 10:10pm I’ve seen others come in after me and be seen. I understand small babies and older people but just everybody that has been coming in is going ahead of me. I should’ve just stayed at Providence. Hillcrest is the worse if I could give no stars I wouldn’t have gave any stars I would give zero starts.
