Green Eye Associates

My kids and I have been going to Green Eye Associates for several years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. They get you in on time, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to answer questions and make sure you understand what’s going on with your eye health. In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find, Green Eye Associates still does it right. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Green Eye Associates.

I had a great experience at Green Eye Associates. This was my first appointment since moving to Waco about one year ago. I saw Dr Machac. She was professional and personable. I think I she gave me the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She was genuinely concerned about understanding my vision issues and seemed to me to make the extra effort to do that. She took time to explain the results of all my tests. She never acted rushed and spent the time to listen to my concerns and discuss everything. I appreciate the personal care. All the staff was pleasant and helpful through the whole process of my appointment.

Newer to Texas and needed to establish care with an optometrist in the area. My pastor recommended Green Eye Associates and I booked an appointment as soon as I could. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the receptionist who checked me in to the wonderful lady who helped me select my new pair of glasses. Dr. Platt was fantastic and the building is beautiful. Thank you all so much for a fantastic first visit. Looking forward to being a patient with Green Eye for many years!

The staff in this office from the friendly greeter to the compassionate and sweet lady that tested me to the doctor herself was a joy to do business with! The front desk lady was professional and nice. Everyone was wonderful! The building is well maintained and clean, I felt safe in the parking lot. Every single one of my many questions were thoughtfully answered. I loved the experience. All the experience was great except the last front desk woman. Not so great. I knew there had to be a downside somewhere. If they got a happier more respectful replacement this place would be too wonderful maybe. Even still, highly recommend this location.
