Scott & White Clinic

I brought my wife in today for a new patient appointment at the Baylor Scott & White Fish Pond rd Clinic in Waco and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk, the doctors, PA Libby Longman, the MA, check-in/check-out, and the labs team was phenomenal. They were all super friendly, polite, warm, and welcoming. The office and reception area were clean and nice. We barely waited at all and were taken back before our scheduled time. The whole visit was smooth and efficient,in and out very easily. PA Libby Longman was very thorough, attentive and kind, asking all the right questions and actually listening to our health concerns. Dr. Sean Delue even came by to introduce himself, even though we were specifically there to see the PA. It was a really nice touch and showed great teamwork. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for friendly, professional family medicine care!

The lady who checked me in was Fantastic!!, I believe her name is Jasmine. I spoke with her previously regarding insurance verification and she was thorough and understanding. The lady who walked me back and completed the initial part of the exam was very pleasant as well. Lastly, Dr Gray was outstanding and delivered great service. This overall experience was great, especially on the heels of a not so pleasant encounter with a staff member.

I will start off that the care is good I see two different providers there and both listen to my concerns and treat me well but if you ever need to go on a leave of absence I would recommend going through a different company as this clinic likes to use a third party service that not only doesn’t give you an area to write on what your workplace is needing only just uploading the file which it doesn’t show you if it’s the correct file you uploaded and it also takes away from the personal communication to your provider making it so much harder to get paperwork in a timely manner also I already paid the invoice of $41 dollars and still haven’t received my paperwork then you have to jump through more hoops just to contact the third party on why you haven’t received your paperwork due to them giving you a invoice but a quality concern message with no details on what that even means so it’s very frustrating and stressful cause then you have your workplace getting on you cause they still haven’t received the paperwork requested back and have to explain to them that your with on the the party that the clinic goes through it’s just a big headache and now pushing me to be out of work even longer so just beware if you are needing paperwork but if you don’t then the care will be good staff is friendly they would have a higher rating from me of it wasn’t for this third party issue

Pleasant experience through and through. From the front desk to the assistance to the technicians and provider, everybody was so nice and made the experience enjoyable. Will be going to BSW ophthalmology from now on for sure. Jasmin at the front desk was absolutely lovely. An absolute delight.

I came here to establish a new care provider with my family. Wanted a family doctor that listens. Was recommended Dr Jantz but all he wanted to do was push medicine and kept interrupting me. Based on other reviews that im reading, it seems this whole clinc only cares about money and the bottom line.
