Came here on the recommendation of a friend for excellent service. I was prescribed my first pair of progressive lenses and had difficulty with adjusting to the rx. The team was great with double checking my eyes, lenses, etc. They even noticed a faulty part of my frame’s hinge and reordered me new frames. Great experience especially during a potentially frustrating time. The staff was always pleasant and helpful.
Be careful, they took my vision insurance, but told my wife they wanted her medical insurance, then we had to pay over $100 dollars for what was supposed to be a $10 copay. What a scam! Been going elsewhere for several years now with no issues. The cost of glasses here is also very inflated.
Whole experience wonderful. Staff members are professional and friendly. Doctor superb, thorough and explained each test. Being a “self pay” I really feel I got my money’s worth. Even selected “frames” for my new subscription right there in the office. Very Happy and Satisfied!
I recently went there for a diabetic and comprehensive eye exam and was very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating from the ladies at the front desk, to the young lady that helped me select my new glasses, to the doctor who completed my eye exam. They were very professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again for all of my future eyecare needs.
I just had a great visit at this Dr office. They even tightened the screws on my old glasses without me even asking. Everyone there is an experienced professional. Highly recommend
