Extremely disappointing. I had to wait 6 months for my appointment as a new patient, I understand that. I ordered glasses and paid on site. I was told my glasses would be here in 2 weeks. They called I went to pick up the glasses and they were incorrect I could not see. I was told I would not have to wait another full 2 weeks, and that was 2 weeks ago today. I called yesterday to inquire about my glasses and nobody called me back. I called this morning and said I had a complaint. I started to explain the situation but the receptionist kept interrupting demanding to know what insurance I had. I let her know it was not an insurance issue but she kept talking and talking and would not let me speak. I was then transferred to somebody else who would not let me speak. When I finally explained the situation, she said the office manager is out and there's nothing she can do about it, and perhaps my glasses would arrive today, she had no way to find out. Apparently they can't call the lab to find out what the situation is but I don't know why. She kept repeating over and over that there was nothing she could do to help. I asked her several times to let me finish my sentence and then she went dead quiet. After I was done speaking I had to say hello hello are you there? She was playing games with me. I don't need this company I'm sure there is a better place that will appreciate my business and prompt payment.
