The staff and Dr. are so kind and accommodating. Very professional, always on time and have the best equipment. The exam is actually fun! Highly recommend them for any eye care!
Wonderful experience getting my eye exam with Dr Follen, addressing my dry eye problem, and getting new eyeglasses as well as sunglasses. The entire team, from the first phone call to make the appointment, through selecting the frames, was professional, friendly, helpful, and thorough. Katie, the Optician, was so helpful in assisting me with finding the right frames for me. I am very impressed with the quality of the eye exam and the extensive choices of beautiful frames. I highly recommend this eye clinic!
I’ve been in glasses and contacts for 27 years and Dr. Erin Follen is the best eye doctor I’ve had so far! I don’t know how else to say this, but she is the eye doctor that made me realize that eye doctors can have personalities, seem to enjoy their job, and be good at it. She’s helped me tremendously with my dry eyes that I didn’t think I could do anything about. She also knows her stuff and doesn’t gatekeep information that’ll help you. In the years I’ve worn contacts, no one has ever taught me how to take care of my eyes, until Erin. This gives me hope I haven’t messed up my eyes completely. I often balk at change that doesn’t make sense, and she and her staff always patiently explain why they recommend changing something. I also had an eye emergency recently but felt dumb going in, and the front office did everything they could to work with my schedule and get me in fast. My eyes feel so much better since she quickly figured it out. I honestly am amazed I could like going to an eye doctor.
Cascade Eyecare is the BEST eye place I've ever gone to. The staff is the BEST (especially Katie and her help finding the perfect frame for you) - they are all thoughtful, fun, warm, and well-informed. I've recruiting friends and family to this company and will continue to do so as long as I live in Bend!
