My experience with Dr. Robinson at Bend Costco Vision Solutions was not good. I had to go back for a 2nd visit because the bottom lens's of my glasses for reading was hard to focus in on; blurry. When I first arrived in her office she made a statement to me that she had told me at the first visit, I needed cataract surgery and that was the best she could get the prescription, until I had the surgery. That infuriated and surprised me, because the truth is she never said I needed cataract surgery. The conversation went nowhere and one of the office gals ended up walking me over to the eyeglass station and apologized for her behavior. Next thing I know she’s sneaking around the corner, listening to our conversation. The office gal, Kathy asked the doctor to walk away 3 times. I got the feeling this wasn’t the first time she behaved badly to her customers. She is unprofessional & disrespectful and I do not recommend her! All the other staff were very kind.

While the eye appointment is on the cheaper side, it is not worth it. The office itself is small and cramped and although my appointment was completed in a professional manner, it was very rushed. I will pay more next time at a place offering more personalized care.

I won't do business with optical again! My first time using them, the glasses had a defect in lens. I returned 2 times to have it corrected, and scratches showing up in middle of lens in less than a month of use! Unacceptable. They said scratch resistant coating is on them. I've NEVER had lenses scratch that quickly ever before. A waste of money I can't afford to waste! Terrible experience.

I switched to Costco's optometrist 2 years ago after the prices at my local clinic increased too much for me to afford. I've seen two different doctors now and both were incredibly kind and made the exam process super quick! Yesterday they were running behind for my appointment due to the patient prior to me showing up late (not a surprise given that there was no parking at Costco, due to the upcoming holiday) and the receptionist was SO kind. She made sure to check in with the doctor to let them know I had to get back to work, and also was more than happy to let me pop out to buy my kiddo (poor kid had to be at work with me and go to my appt) pizza and let him eat it in their lobby while we waited.

Dr Robertson is awful, if your making appointment do not use her. She did my eye exam my prescription was totally wrong. Went back to have it checked out. She refused to to listen to me or the concerns I had. If zero stars was an option, she get -5 ☆stars☆.
