I can’t find the reviews for the dental side so I’ll write it here. I’ve gone to this dental office a couple of times now. I have seen the dentist the first couple of times and he was great. I informed him my son had autism and he worked with us wonderfully. The last two times I saw the hygienist, Rachel Sady. Both times now she has given us a bad experience. She has an underlying attitude and horrible bed side manners. She tried to inform me that I couldn’t come back with my son because he was now 5 years old. I informed her I would not be allowing that. Upon going to the back she kept making little remarks about how my son was a big boy and he could deal with it. The remarks continued the entire time. I let the front desk know that my son was autistic and there are certain things that overstimulated him. The front desk was amazing with dealing with the issue but when they went to talk to her about the issue she said that it was basically my fault for not putting it on his medical record, even though they don’t provide it as an option and I don’t see autism as a “medical issue”. In short note, I will not be going back to this office and I wouldn’t go if your kid is autistic or has any sensory issues. *They commented on this and I have still not received any calls or anything from this company.

This was my wife and I’s first visit, bringing our 4 month old and we will never come here again. When we walked through the door, we weren’t greeted with any kind of welcome. Instead we stood there waiting for the two receptionists to get off of their phones and finally assist us. After we filled out the paperwork, I again had to wait for the receptionists to eventually notice me (on their phones again) and assist me. When we got called back, the first nurse was okay, she was engaging with our baby and talking to us, sort of explaining what she’s doing. She never “introduced” herself to us though, she never really made us feel welcomed and comfortable with anything, it was very bland. When she left and the doctor eventually came in, she was a great, we had no issues with her. After her check up was done and it was time for the shots, we waited for the next nurse to come in and perform the injections. We heard a knock on the door and the nurse comes barging in, demanding “name and date of birth” immediately. No “how are you” or “my name is…” just straight demands. As she walks in she rudely pushes our stroller out of the way with no courtesy whatsoever. Mind you, not only is she speaking in what seems like careless “speeches” said by someone who hates their job, but we can barely understand her and what she’s saying because of her mumbling and slurring of words. Everything she says and does is purely without any care at all, I feel like a drill sergeant would be more careful. She never explained the shots our daughter was getting, she never walked us through anything. Didn’t even show a single ounce of comfort towards our daughter during the process either. She performed the injections and very nonchalantly “explained” what to do and not to do going forward. We went home not knowing a single word she said but we so ready to leave the place, we didn’t want to have her repeat herself. She left the room, again moving the stroller out of the way, without saying a single “excuse me” or anything. And apparently she was training someone that day (someone else was in the room) I highly recommend that trainee to not follow what she does because it was shameful. We checked out and vowed to never step foot into that place again. In a place/field where feeling welcomed is the goal, we never felt that and were actually so eager to leave almost as soon as we entered. The staff do not care about you or your child. They also don’t look classy or professional whatsoever. Also, did I mention the fact that it was not clean in there as well? Dust on the shelves, stuff on the floor, the AC was not on (very hot), the front desk was messy with all sorts of papers and documents. The place didn’t feel like a pediatric hospital at all, instead it felt like a UN camp filled with people who are forced to work there. We will never go here again and we will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Embarrassing.
Front desk staff, especially Heidi, is always awesome and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman today was not as positive — he definitely needs to work on how he communicates with customers. Another concern is that I’ve never had an issue going to the back with my daughter before, as it helps her feel comfortable and safe. However, during today’s visit I was not allowed to accompany her. I’m guessing this may be due to a different doctor’s policy, but as a parent I strongly feel I should be allowed to see what’s being done to my children. My daughter doesn’t feel safe on her own, and it’s my responsibility to be her protection. Because of this change, I am seriously considering switching dental practices. If the Doctor doesn’t feel safe with a parent in the room they shouldn’t work with children at all my opinion
Came in with my three girls as a new patient. They handled my teen daughters with care assertiveness and professionalism . Dr Tucker is amazing and very helpful in making sure I had all my questions and concerns answered.
She caring and awesome and ask for any questions if needed. And went far and beyond to inform my son of everyday life choices when he reaches teens age . She didn't have to encourage him but she did. Now that a doctor that goes far and beyond. Thanks👍🏾
