Eyes on Lakeland

Dr. Ryan Odil provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and concerns. His excellent attention to detail and genuine care made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. The entire office was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I truly appreciated the outstanding level of patient care and customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Odil to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated eye doctor.

Picked up new pair of glasses on 4/13/26 they fell apart with in 60 days. They refused to do anything about it, unless I buy a $50 warranty and then another $50 to get them fixed, after spending over $400 for these glasses and it’s give us more money or we do nothing. I liked this doctor but your customer service is lacking, you seem to care more about the money than you do the patients walking through the door.

Fantastic response time by the staff for scheduling. State of the art equipment. Competent doctors who take their time with each patient. I will be transitioning my entire family here. Best Eye place in Central Florida.

I went to Eyes on Lakeland for the first time this week. I was greeted by Jake at the front desk -he was so helpful and professional. He assisted me before and after my appointment with the doctor. He answered all my questions and gave me a breakdown of cost on all the frames we looked at together. He was wonderful! I met with Dr Odil who is absolutely knowledgeable and a great listener. He made me feel comfortable that I could share the different issues that I am experiencing with my eyes. He is professional and pleasant to work with and took his time to explained every test he preformed and explained my results. He worked with me to see if I am a good candidate for contacts. I also met Dr. Aluwiesi - And I must say she is such a lovely person! We chatted for quite a while as I was looking for frames. Her openness, knowledge, and professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. She and Jake were honest with me about the looked of the frames and what suited me the best. They both made eyeglass frame shopping a delight!

Dr.Odil was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had scheduled an exam due to some recent vision decline. He provided a thorough exam, caught a problem before it progressed, and took the time to explain the condition. The staff was very kind and helpful.
