They were absolutely amazing. It was my first time visiting and I had my eye exam, selected glasses and paid all within 45 minutes. They were speedy and very friendly. They took the time to explain in detail everything going on. They also had a nice selection of glasses available. I highly recommend them to anyone looking.
Everyone was kind and professional. I felt that I had a very good eye exam. Dr Chapman explained the results of my exam and answered my questions. Evie who helped with my glasses was very good. I would definitely recommend this office!
If you're looking for an optometrist who truly listens and cares about patient comfort, Dr. Chapman is the one. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I was happy with my results. A wonderful experience from start to finish!
Thorough exam performed, she listened to my history and helped determine why I had the issues I was having then made a good starting plan for a new pair of glasses. Plus I felt that they had a great selection for glasses. They told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get my glasses in, however, they were ready in 1 week!
My first time seeing Dr Allison Chapman and she was great. She took the time to explain my eye health and my vision. The entire staff was so pleasant. There is also a great selection of eye glasses to choose from. Highly recommend if you are looking for new optometrist!
