Children's Hosp Of Richmond

We traveled 2 hours for my son’s surgery, and both of our kiddos got the BEST care. Starting with the sibling center- our childcare bailed at the last minute, but Sara really made our daughter enjoy her morning while her brother was in the surgical wing. What a great service to provide families! When we arrived to the surgical area, they seriously thought of everything. His bed was prepped with toys based off his age before we even arrived. He loved “driving” around the halls- it was so nice to know we did not have to keep a toddler confined to a bed while waiting.

We recently visited VCU Children’s Hospital, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and did a wonderful job communicating in a way that made our child feel comfortable and understood. They were thorough, attentive, and provided prompt, high-quality care from start to finish. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to our peace of mind. The Emergency Department, in particular, exceeded our expectations. We’re truly grateful for the care we received

Our teenage, son loved being treated like a king and all the pretty nurses. Lol 😆 Reality check when he comes home! Back to school work, chores and not being waited on. Hahaha 😆 Thank-you, CHOR!

Didn't even get to make an appointment with the scheduler. He got upset and refused to continue with the call because he argued with me that a pediatric ENT specialist did not treat allergies. He said it was a skin condition and they don't deal with those. His job was to schedule and he failed miserably! If someone could please give me information on how to report this. I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you.

Incredible medical team!! Everyone was incredibly nice and took very great care of me. I wouldn’t be recovering so well now without the help of them. Thank you Dr. Philip, Dr. Chen, and all the nurses!! They’re the best
